1.      What is the Cashflow Club?

It is a DC Ranch Community Cashflow Club with the goal to increase financial intelligence of our community. We meet once a month in one of the DC Ranch amenities (Desert Camp or The Homestead) and play the Cashflow® game. When we get together, we generally have 50-100 people in our meetings. We usually invite successful guest speakers to share their knowledge and experience with us on what they did to “Escape the Rat Race”, then we play the Cashflow game and network with each other. We encourage you to go to www.dcranchcashflowclub.blogspot.com. to find out more about who will be speaking at each meeting...but regardless of who is speaking even just playing the game is more than worth coming for!

2.      How does the Cashflow Club apply to me?

If you are a motivated person who wants to learn and get control of his/her life, Cashflow club is a great place for you to network and meet like-mined people that are business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs (or would like to be one).  You not only will have fun playing the Cashflow® game but also will learn from our speakers and network.

3.      How could I benefit from becoming a member?

What's your dream? Freedom of time? Unlimited resources to travel the world? Build your own charity? Whatever it may be, Cashflow ® board game teaches you how to get out of the Rat Race and onto the Fast Track, where your money works for you instead of you working hard for your money.

You do not have to know how to play Cashflow® game or be a successful investor to come to our events.  You can join us for whole session of educational seminar and then play the Cashflow game or you can participate only for one part.

Frank and I as founders of DC Ranch Cashflow club, actively search for high quality speakers and plan ahead for new series of educational seminars based on the latest market trends.  Our 2009 spring seminars are about “Self-directed Retirement accounts” thought by J.P. Dahdah President of Entrust Arizona. Many of us are frustrated with stock market roller coaster and want to take control of our retirement accounts.  Many people do not know that they can self direct their retirement accounts or they do not know how to do this. For example, did you know that you can buy real estate or mortgage notes or paper bonds with your Self-Directed IRA or even invest in your own specialty?

4.      How does Cashflow tie in to Rich Dad Poor Dad?

Cashflow® game is an educational board game designed by Robert Kiyosaki (author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad) and his Team, which aims to teach the players concepts of investing by having their money work for them in a risk free setting (play money) while simultaneously increasing their financial literacy and stressing the imperative nature of accountability.

I imagine that you are probably already familiar with the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, with the author Robert Kiyosaki, and/or with the game Cashflow. If you aren’t familiar with any of this you can go to http://www.richdad.com/ and get plenty of information there.

5.      What are the top two principles of Cashflow?

Games like the Cashflow® board game are a powerful mechanism because they reflect our true behavior. As a learning tool, games enable people to “learn by doing.” Very often, the learning process is so fun that we sometimes forget that a key purpose of playing a game like Cashflow is to heighten financial literacy.

CASHFLOW® 101 is an innovative educational board game that is designed to make the subject of accounting, investments and finance fun. This unique Rich Dad game teaches financial intelligence - how to understand the game of money and investing (skills not taught in school) ... and makes learning fun! Take the first STEP.... attend a CASHFLOW event and learn about assets vs. liabilities, how to teach your children to become financially independent in young age and increase your financial intelligence.

you are invited to attend a special..

Dear Friends,

I have a special offer that can very well make and/or save you a lot of money.

First, I have a few questions to ask...
  • Have you ever thought about investing in real estate, but maybe didn't know how to begin?
  • Are you a business owner (or would like to be one) and are not sure if you are structured properly to take advantage of the tax benefits that ONLY come from being a business owner?
  • Do you have a business idea that you would like to get off the ground, but don't have the complete tools and knowledge to do so?
  • Do you have hard-earned money sitting in a retirement account and are seeing the value decrease by the day and week?
  • Would it benefit you to learn how you could use your retirement account TODAY (not when you're 59.5 years old) to invest in real estate, or make loans to others (just like your bank does) for higher returns, without early-withdrawal penalties and fees?

If you have answered YES to any of the questions, I would like to invite you to an amazing life-changing workshop which I am helping to sponsor on Saturday, November 22nd

Mark Kohler, who is an amazing small business/real estate investor Tax Advisor and Attorney, is speaking in this event! That’s right, he is one of the best small business/real estate investing CPAs and Attorneys in the entire country.
Mark is an Attorney, Certified Public Accountant and Entrepreneur. He has owned numerous businesses since high school, through college and even as a professional. Currently, Mark’s principal career is as a partner in the law firm Kyler, Kohler & Ostermiller, LLP, and the accounting and tax-planning firm Kohler & Eyre, CPAs, LLP.

Mark specializes in the areas of business- estate and tax-planning and even further, in regard to real estate asset-protection and tax planning. He personally owns several commercial real estate projects and loves the people, transactions and everything to do with real estate.
Mark is also the author of “Lawyers Are Liars: The Truth About Protecting Our Assets”. Here is an editorial description of the book – In Lawyers are Liars, Mark explains the strategies that actually work to protect our assets and uses more than 270 footnotes to do it, quoting and referencing the true experts around the country. Undoubtedly, this book will become a desktop resource for not only the average middle income American wanting to protect his or her assets, but attorneys, estate planners and financial professionals guiding their clients through this complex area of the law.”

I have had the pleasure of taking classes from him and Mark Kohler is amazing! I came away from Mark with a greater understanding of how to protect my family assets, save money on taxes, and build wealth that can go on for generations to come. The best thing about Mark is he is an entrepreneur and a real estate investor.
There is a cost to attend this event, but as a sponsor I have already paid for you to come as my guests, so there will be no charge to you.  This is not a Cashflow Club event but you are welcome to attend as my guests. This event is an “Intensive” put on by Nouveau Riche…an entrepreneurial and real estate investing college. The intent of this event is to impress you and wow you! We want to show you what we have to offer anybody who wants to take their business and/or investing to new heights. I promise you, Mark is here to teach you as much as he can in the time allotted. What he teaches you at this event can make you and/or save you thousands and thousands of dollars!
